M. H. Raza


 CEO M. H. Raza

As CEO, Raza leads day-to-day execution of the company’s vision of transforming network infrastructure everywhere. Previously, Raza was VP/GM for ADC Telecommunications’ global enterprise business, where he led the development of a cable intelligence technology; ADC was acquired by TE Connectivity. Prior to that he was Senior Director for 3Com’s IP Telephony division, where he led the integration of telephony into IBM’s System-i environment; HP acquired 3Com. Raza was VP/GM for Fujitsu BCS, where he was responsible for Switches/Routers, ATM, SONET, and Telephony, as well as Director Product Management for General DataComm in the earliest ATM deployments for service providers in the US and globally. Raza has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and holds several patents in the networking arena.


Boby Joseph


 CTO Boby Joseph

As CTO for Fiber Mountain, Boby’s focus is to ensure that Fiber Mountain stays at the cutting edge of innovation in its chosen market spaces. He is tasked with enhancing current technology and ensuring that new developments are in line with needs of data center markets of the future. Boby has over 20 years of experience designing and developing networking and data communications products for carrier, enterprise and data center customers. Most recently he was responsible for Data Center Networking products at HP Enterprise. In previous roles he has led technology development roles at 3Com Corporation, US Robotics, IBM and Future Software. Boby holds a BS in Computer Science and Technology from Bangalore University and MS in Telecommunications with Computer Science from DePaul University, Chicago. He holds over 10 patents in the field of software, security and communications systems.


Bill Miller

VP of Marketing

 VP of Marketing Bill Miller

Bill Miller is VP of Marketing at Fiber Mountain, Inc. Bill leads all aspects of marketing for Fiber Mountain, Inc., as it establishes itself as a leading technology company in data center and Software Defined Networking (SDN). He brings over 30 years of marketing experience in networking including data, voice, and security. Most recently, he was VP of Operations at FreedomVoice, a cloud based VoIP Company. Bill was VP of Marketing and Product Management at Digium, VP of Broadband Services at Fujitsu BCS, VP of Marketing at Andes Networks and has also held executive positions in Product Management and Marketing at ADC Telecommunications, 3Com, General DataComm and Rockwell International. Bill holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Northeastern University.


Aristito Lorenzo

VP of Engineering

 VP of Engineering Aristito Lorenzo

Aristito Lorenzo is VP of Engineering at Fiber Mountain, Inc., and brings over 25 years of progressive R&D experience to the company. Tito started his career in Manufacturing Test Engineering working on software and hardware systems that were deployed in some of the largest service provider networks in the world, and from there he moved into R&D. His responsibilities included all aspects of hardware, software and architectural design for General DataComm’s ATM switching platform, including MPLS, IP and traffic engineering. He earned the VP of Engineering position and gained an in-depth insight into all aspects of R&D for products that are designed from the ground up to build, manage and scale for large network deployments. He previously worked for Life Technologies where he developed and integrated hardware, embedded software and GUI for a DNA sequencer. Tito attended Waterbury State Technical College and the University of Hartford in the Computer Science program and holds a degree in Electrical Engineering.


David Stone

VP of Technical Operations

 VP of Technical Operations David Stone

David Stone is VP of Technical Operations at Fiber Mountain, Inc., and he brings over 25 years of experience in all aspects of engineering design, product development and manufacturing. Previously, as Sr. Manager for Emerging Technologies at TE Connectivity, he led the development of Connection Point ID technology (CPID), which has produced over 60 patents. Prior to that, David was Director of Engineering at ADC Telecommunications and a Systems Architect at IPC Information Systems designing fault tolerant telecommunications systems. He fosters an entrepreneurial spirit in both small and large corporations. David has been issued seven patents and has several pending patents. He earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering (Honors) from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada.
